I’ve been chatting with a few wives of the adventure freak husbands my man hangs out with. And we discovered that these guys do nothing but eat! They don't gain weight, but they do nothing but eat! And are always hungry! These men just burn through calories so fast. Especially somewhat empty calories of corn chips and salsa! 🤷‍♀️

If your husbands or family members are like Batman and Superman when it comes to consuming and burning calories, try this Superman smoothie with a few secret ingredients.
